Burnt Tapes are a four-piece melodic punk rock band based in London, UK, renowned for crafting their own raw and emotionally charged style known as “regret punk.” Originally formed as teenagers jamming in the basements of Athens, Greece, the band blends gruff, driving energy with memorable hooks, introspective lyrics, and themes of loneliness, nostalgia, mental health, guilt, and personal growth. Fronted by a passionate lead vocalist and supported by tight, dynamic instrumentation, Burnt Tapes deliver heartfelt yet fist-pumping anthems that resonate deeply with fans of emotive punk acts like Iron Chic and Polar Bear Club.
