About Chris Koster
Chris Koster is a Canadian singer-songwriter and musician known for his raw emotional delivery, inventive songwriting, and genre-bending style that moves effortlessly between rock, pop, and experimental sounds. Based in Kingston, Ontario, Koster first made his mark as a solo artist before joining The Glorious Sons, where his distinct voice and stage presence helped shape the band’s early sound. As a solo performer, he has released acclaimed albums such as Secrets of the Lonely, Sex, Love & Morality, and his ambitious two-part project CK Stays Up All Night Smiling. His music explores themes of love, addiction, hope, and self-destruction with cinematic energy and poetic depth. Onstage, Koster is electric—whether playing a stripped-down acoustic set or leading a full band through explosive anthems. Constantly evolving, he continues to write, record, and perform across Canada, captivating audiences with a fearless blend of vulnerability and intensity that reflects both the grit and beauty of his artistry.
