About Ontario Senior B Lacrosse
Ontario Senior B Lacrosse, formerly known as the Ontario Senior B Lacrosse League (1999–2019) before rebranding as Ontario Series Lacrosse, is a competitive senior men’s box lacrosse circuit based in Ontario that serves as a key semi-professional level within Canadian lacrosse. The league features teams such as the Brooklin Merchants, Six Nations Rivermen, and Owen Sound North Stars, with seasons typically running through the summer months and culminating in playoffs that determine qualification for the national Presidents Cup, the Senior B Canadian championship organized by Lacrosse Canada. Over the years, the league has remained an important development and showcase platform for players who often have experience in junior lacrosse or move between Senior A and Senior C levels, with strong regional rivalries forming especially in southern Ontario lacrosse communities.
