Known as a co-founder of Stars and a member of Broken Social Scene, Millan found fresh creative spark after an unexpected musical connection with award-winning composer Jay McCarrol. Their collaboration became the heart of her most candid and cinematic work yet—an album shaped in the Laurentian forest with contributions from longtime friends including members of Stars, Metric, and BSS.
