RockStock Canada – Camping Rules:

Welcome to RockStock Canada Camping! Please review the following rules to help
ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable weekend for everyone.
Campsites & Setup

• Camping is available for the full event weekend only (no single-night camping unless you pay full price for the weekend).
• Campsites are located on grass and natural terrain with no paved pads. Campers should expect variable conditions.
• Map is provided as a guide only; minor variations may occur.

Each campsite includes:

• 1 vehicle
• 1 RV or trailer, plus 1 tent where space allows
• Tenting-only sites may accommodate up to 4 tents per 20’ x 20’ site
• Large RVs, buses, and oversized trailers must select a 20’ x 40’ site
• Each campsite must have at least one person aged 19+ present at all times for the duration of the weekend.
  - Age verification is required at check-in and may be conducted throughout the event.

Camping Dates & Times

• Arrival: Thursday, August 13, starting at 3:00 p.m.
• Departure: Monday, August 17, by 10:00 a.m.

The festival runs Rain or Shine. The production company reserves the right to delay, pause, or stop activities if conditions become unsafe. (Yes… even Woodstock had rain)
This is rough camping only:

• No campfires
• No hydro or water hookups
• No on-site dump station
• Portable washrooms (porta-potties) will be available throughout camping areas.
• All RVs and trailers must be properly chocked and levelled. Campers must supply their own levelling equipment.
• Campers are expected to leave their campsite in the same condition as found upon arrival.
  Garbage bins will be available; please remove all personal belongings and waste before departure.

Camping and festival attendance are undertaken at the participant’s own risk. RockStock Canada is not responsible for vehicle damage, towing, or recovery related to weather, ground conditions, or terrain.

Accessibility

• All camping areas are accessible but terrain is grassy and may be uneven.
• RockStock Ambassadors are available to assist with transportation to and from the stage area (golf carts or side-by-sides only).
• Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly.

Age Requirement

• At least one adult (19+) must be present at each campsite at all times.
• Campsites without an adult present may be denied entry or evicted.
• No Minors allowed to stay on campsite unless with Parent or Guardian

Quiet Hours

• Quiet Hours: 2:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
• Excessive noise during quiet hours may result in eviction without refund.

Vehicles & Gates

• One registered vehicle per campsite.
• Camping vehicles must display official RockStock Canada camping identification.
• No overnight gate access once gates are closed.

Alcohol & Substances

• Alcohol is permitted within your campsite only.
• No alcohol on campsite roadways or in concert areas.
• All provincial alcohol laws apply.
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Our Furry Friends (Pets)

• Dogs must be leashed at all times, except within designated enclosed dog park areas.
• Aggressive dogs are only permitted with Muzzle. Muzzles may be required at the discretion of event staff.
• Dogs are permitted in the concert area, beer garden, however we caution you to bring a blanket or something as it’s pavement and we don’t want their paws to get too hot. Please keep them out of any area posted as “Animals Not Allowed.”
• Pet owners are fully responsible for their animals and must clean up after them at all times.
• All pets must be properly licensed and up to date on vaccinations.

Pet owners assume all responsibility and liability for their pets, including any injury, damage, or loss caused to people, property, or other animals.

RockStock Canada is not responsible for lost, injured, or deceased pets. Festival environments may include loud music, crowds, vehicles, and other conditions that may not be suitable for all animals.

RockStock Canada reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry or remove any pet and/or owner for non-compliance or unsafe behaviour.

Generators

• Generator Quiet Hours: 1:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
  - Exemptions may be granted for medical needs (e.g., CPAP machines).
• Generators must be positioned so exhaust does not face tents or enclosed areas.
• Low-exhaust generators must be placed on blocks or patio stones (grounds are grass).
• Generator owners must:
  - Bring all necessary equipment
  - Monitor generators at all times
  - Never leave generators unattended
• Generators may be shut down if they are loud, disruptive, or used during quiet hours.
• Use extreme caution when refuelling generators. Safety first.

Prohibited Items

• No personal ATVs, scooters, golf carts, or recreational motorized vehicles (Accessibility devices exempt)
• No household furniture (couches, recliners, etc.)
• No unsafe, offensive, or disruptive items

Cleanliness

• Campers must dispose of garbage in designated bins.
• Campsites must be kept clean; unsanitary or messy sites may be evicted.

Safety

• First Aid is available on site during event hours.
• Report emergencies immediately to event staff or security.
• Emergency services can be reached by calling 911.

Refunds & Transfers

• Camping is non-refundable.
• Camping transfers must be approved by RockStock Canada.
• No camping ticket transfers after August 8, 2026.

Enforcement

All attendees must comply with instructions from RockStock Canada staff, event security, and emergency services. Failure to do so may result in removal or eviction without compensation.

RockStock Canada, Event Security, and the OPP reserve the right to remove or evict any individual or group that does not comply with camping rules.
