This is a conversation many of us need, but few of us know how to begin. Join author Tania Chomyk, whose memoir Bringing Light to Loss explores the journey of living with profound loss, and Paul Simard, death doula and founder of The Canoe, for an honest and compassionate conversation about grief, healing, and the emotional weight we so often carry in silence.

Together, they'll explore questions we rarely ask ourselves:

· What is our relationship with grief?

· Can grief and love exist together?

· How do our beliefs about grief shape the way we heal?

· What if grief isn't only about death, but also about the many transitions we experience throughout life?

This isn't a lecture or a panel of experts. It's an invitation to pause, reflect, and perhaps see grief, and ourselves, in a new light. Whether your grief comes from the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a career, your health, or a dream that changed, this conversation offers space for honesty, hope, and connection.

Come curious. Leave feeling a little less alone.

.
