Please join us for the 6th Annual Rewilding Festival: a celebration of Nature & Music (formerly the Restoration Festival) on September 19th, 2026, featuring Julian Taylor with support by Avery Florence.
Julian Taylor is a Toronto-based, award-winning independent singer-songwriter, radio host, and label owner. Over 20-plus years as the leader of Staggered Crossing, Julian Taylor Band, and his solo work, Julian established himself as one of Canada’s great troubadours. He has earned five JUNO nominations, a pair of Canadian Folk Music Awards, five Native American Music Award nominations, and a nomination for the Polaris Music Prize.

Avery Florence is a soft-soul artist whose talent as a songwriter is matched with her angelic yet gritty voice, and undeniable personality - soulful & inspiring. Her voice has been compared to "a hug", and her melodies "spellbinding." She produced "Wake Up!", a grass-roots tour across Canada bringing together communities to inspire environmental action. She is currently recording her next album, Groundless, based on her time in community protecting Old-Growth on Vancouver Island.
Avery was one of the inaugural artists at the 2026 Mag River Nature Hub Spring Equinox Artist Retreat.
