If your event is still scheduled to take place, the decision to continue with the event would have been made in consultation between the event organizer and local health and government authorities. No refunds will be issued if the event is not cancelled.

Ticketscene will be emailing everyone that bought tickets regarding refunds after consulting with the event organizer. Please do not email Ticketscene requesting individual refunds. You will be receiving an email from Ticketscene in the next couple of days that will confirm a refund was issued or instructions when refunds will be initiated. As per Ticketscene Terms of Service with event promoters, Ticketscene is not authorized to issue issue refunds until the event organizer reschedules the show. Once the new date is announced, everyone that bought tickets will be emailed and given the opportunity to attend new date or request a refund. Yes! Online purchases are heavily encrypted to protect the purchaser and the seller. All transactions are encrypted with a secure 128 bit key. No card numbers are ever stored or kept on the server.
Ticketscene does not issue paper tickets. Upon approval of the transaction, an e-mail will be sent to the supplied address with a letter of confirmation that has to be brought to the show to obtain entry. The recipient of the e-tickets is required to show photo identification to the door staff. Please check spam folder for the email.
One of three things has happened.
1) It somehow ended up in your junk mail (a regular problem for hotmail users).
2) You did not complete the transaction.
3) Your transaction was denied by your credit card company.
After your ticket purchase has been completed, you will be presented with a screen to print/download your e-tickets. You must print your e-tickets, and bring them to the show to obtain entry. The e-ticket holder may be required to show photo identification to the door staff. If you did not print your tickets at the time of purchase, you may log-in to your ticketscene account to obtain your e-tickets.
Discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied afterwards. Once an order has been placed we can not change it. Please make sure to enter any discount code on the cart page.
On sale dates are determined by the promotion company and has nothing to do with Ticketscene or its employees.
Yes. When adding tickets to your cart you will be promted to enter a name on the tickets. They will need to bring their printed e-ticket to the show, and may be asked to present photo identification to obtain entry.
Ticketscene does not control entry to the event. Health cards, student cards, age of majority cards and other photo identification may be sufficient to obtain the tickets with a copy of the letter of confirmation.
It is impossible for Ticketscene to answer that question, as we do not control entry to the event. That decision is up to the company running the event. We suggest contacting them with that question as it is at their own discretion.
In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded the full price of the tickets purchased. However, the service/processing fees will not be refunded.
In the event of a rescheduling the tickets will automatically be transfered to the new event. However an e-mail will be sent out to all purchasers offering them the option of a refund for the full price of the tickets purchased. However, the service/processing fees will not be refunded. Refunds must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the rescheduled event start time.
Ticketscene is only an online retail outlet for tickets. We have no information on details of the event aside from what is listed by the promoter.
Ticketscene is issued an amount of tickets to sell by the promotion company. In almost every case there will be at least one other outlet selling tickets. When TicketScene is sold out it is best to contact the promotion company about the availability of tickets from other outlets.
That decision is up to the promotion company and how many tickets are still available for the event. It is impossible to say what will happen after TicketScene is sold out.
