Our 2026–2027 season will open with the warmth and grandeur of Brahms’ magnificent Serenade No. 1, alongside two extraordinary young Canadian soloists: violinist Tina Sievers performing Saint-Saëns’ dazzling Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso, and cellist Jessie Wingfan Li in Haydn’s beloved Cello Concerto in C.
Our annual holiday concert will once again celebrate the joy of the season with festive favourites, featuring Handel and Bach, and music from Home Alone by John Williams, brought to life with the wonderful RISE Children’s Choir.
In March, we’ll bring wit, elegance, and humour to the stage with Mozart’s theatrical overture L’impresario teatrale, Beethoven’s lyrical Piano Concerto No. 2 featuring pianist Angel Heung, and Haydn’s unforgettable Farewell Symphony.
We’ll conclude the season with a musical journey through the Nordic countries and beyond, featuring rarely heard gems by Ina Boyle and Bjarne Brustad, with acclaimed clarinetist Stephen Fox, alongside favourites by Grieg, Sibelius, Leonard Cohen, and even a symphonic visit to a galaxy far, far away with music from The Mandalorian.
We can’t wait to share these performances with you.
