Sneha is an Indo-Canadian yoga instructor who specializes in gentle hatha, breathwork & meditation.
She Strives to create trauma-informed, inclusive and accessible yogic spaces for individuals to explore the connection between their minds, bodies, and spirits.
Classes are one Wednesday of the month (Oct 16, Nov 6, Dec 4, Jan 15, Feb 12, Mar 12, Apr 9)
6-7pm in The John
Yoga mats are available for free. Everyone is welcome!
